My family and I have been living in the flagstone estate for the past 5 years and for personal reasons we are relocating to the Northside. We are very excited about this whole new beginning we are about to endeavor and Sue Ward at the Professionals rea lestate Jimboomba, made selling our home so easy.
I already had appraisals obtained through other “Flagstone specialists” and when I was in contact with the Professionals, I was dealt a professional, fast, efficient and in turn effective manner. Sue Ward listened to our needs and wants and put us first while also giving us advice. And without missing a beat, our house was on the market!!! Scary as well as exciting!
Wow, what great hands we were in. We were not only told tips on “presenting” our house for sale, we were given pamphlets to read. Fantastic! We were so much more at ease knowing we had all the information we need.
Professional photos were taken on the Monday, house was advertised on the Tuesday lunchtime and Sue Ward rang us within a few hours with appointments of possible buyers lined up everyday that week. Wow! It seemed to be just full steam ahead. By the following Monday, Sue Ward rang with another couple wanting to look in the afternoon. Excellent! 4:30pm was the appointment; we had an offer by the Tuesday morning and after negotiations, a contract ready on the Wednesday. Our house sold in a week!!!!
Sue Ward said we were lucky, but really I know it was the effective marketing with the Professionals Real Estate at Jimboomba that sold our house. Sue Ward was always in daily contact, sometimes a few times a day, with updates and advice. Within the first week we were given reports from our listings in great detail. We could actually see how each advertisement was doing. The “behind the scenes” work Sue put into selling our home was above and beyond. I know we are not special clients. This is just the way the Professionals are with every single seller and buyer. That’s their everyday service.
Now the best part of all, we knew that even though our house was in the average price listing, they advertised and addressed our home as though it was amongst the million dollar listings. They held their heads high and so were we. Our house was our home with a “million dollar emotional value” and Sue Ward, thanks to you and your great team, you made us feel as though it was your home too.
I believe the Professionals at Jimboomba are not given enough advertising in the flagstone area, due to competition, I know many sellers have missed out on their fantastic service. I am writing this story to address the sellers out there and in turn buyers who won’t be missing out any longer with what we believe to be the best service in Jimboomba, Flagstone and surrounding areas. Your home is your most valuable investment and the wonderful team at the Professional make it theirs.
With all the stress already involved when it comes to selling a home, and believe me I know, we were definitely reassured and at ease, so don’t hesitate any longer. If you want a fantastic and professional agent with a “get the job done” attitude while making you also feel like they are part of your family……. Then I recommend the experienced team at The Professionals Real Estate in Jimboomba.

We would like to thank the team at The Professionals for all the hard work they put in to selling our house, in particular Sue Ward who worked tirelessly over the 6 months.
We had previously been with 4 other estate agents, and collectively only a few people were shown through the house in a 6 month period with no offers. It was very disappointing.
After receiving a flyer via a letter box drop we spoke with Sue and decided to engage The Professionals to sell our house.
This was the best move we made. Not only did they bring numerous people through the house, they managed to secure multiple offers and contract for us.
Sue was constantly in contact with us either by phone, letter or email keeping us up to date on what was happening. Knowing how the open homes went and what people thought was very important to us. The previous agents did very little in this regard.
