Thank you for helping me find the right property for my circumstances at a price I could afford, and for going that extra mile (on a number of occasions) to help me secure the property and for the support you have provided throughout the process.
I would also like to say a big thank you for referring me to Frank Balkin – Aussie Mortgage Broker who was just fantastic in helping me getting the finance I needed to purchase the property.
My only regret was not taking your advice sooner!!

My husband and I recently had to sell our home due to ill-health which meant we had to do it in a hurry.
The Professionals in Jimboomba were invaluable in assisting us in this endeavour. Not only were they consistently friendly, punctual and professional but they took a personal interest in our family and helped us in numerous other ways as well.
The Professionals managed to sell the house for us very quickly, much more quickly than anyone expected, and made the entire process easy and less stressful than we had imagined it would be.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sue Ward who showed us the property on 133 Silvereye Cr, Greenbank. Sue responded promptly to my initial enquiry, made an appointment and took us to view the property. During the inspection, she explained the benefits of the property and gave us information that other agents would not even think of. This information was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the property was not suitable and we could not go ahead with its purchase. However, if ever the opportunity rose to deal with Sue again, or even recommend her services, I would do so without hesitation. I read your mission statement; Sue the epitome of that statement.

Susanne Ward has made one of the hardest decisions to sell our home, in a market that’s very unpredictable, a pleasure and a very happy experience.
