I would highly recommend the Professionals Jimboomba if you are looking for an agency to manage an investment property. Heidi the owner, was our first contact, and she was very informative and clearly knows the industry well. And we now have Kylie as our property manager who has been absolutely fantastic from the get go. So very helpful with organising tradies we required, always available when needed and has kept us in the loop the whole way, with nothing feeling like it was too big an ask. We live interstate, and knowing we have Kylie and Heidi in our corner to look after our house has brought huge peace of mind. If you are looking for professionalism and experience in the industry, then look no further.

I rented through Drew’s real estate at Jimboomba. This year, 2023, Professionals real estate Jimboomba took over from Drew’s. My property manager Heather Tanks was able to keep employment with the Professionals at Jimboomba. Heather has always been great to have any dealings with. The transition from Drew’s to the Professionals was smooth, nil issues. The information given was clear and concise, plenty information was given.
When there has been any issue such as a repair, prompt action has always been taken. Always taken care of, never have to wait to long. Heather ensures you know who will be attending issues and keeps you up to date.
I have had nil issues or concerns with Heather or the real estates she has been employed by.
I would recommend Heather very highly and Professionals Jimboomba.

We made the best decision ever to go with Heidi and her team. We’ve just sold two properties with them and Heidi’s advice on what to do prior to selling was spot on; her knowledge of the local area was invaluable and her communication with us during the process was extremely prompt and professional. Both homes sold for way more than we expected and they sold super fast – first one had a contract within a week and the second one had a contract within 48hrs.
