As new tenants in a foreign land, my family and I had a multitude of concerns and uncertainties, but Kylie effortlessly guided us through the entire process, making our transition smooth and hassle-free.

True Professionals. From the first day we spoke with Renee from The Professionals, Jimboomba we knew that not only had we met a true professional, but we had met someone who was empathic and understanding to our needs.
Renee explained in full detail what was involved and anything I didn’t understand she would go through it again till I made sense of it all.
On every occasion I called, Renee would answer her phone and be willing to assist in any matter that I had concerns with. Renee promptly referred the coordination of services that needed tending at the property and the team managed all the payments. Everything was hassle free and of no inconvenience to us.

They were very lovely, communicated well on what was needed from me and gave me a very fast and smooth delivery of the keys for the storage sheds. Also refunded my bond for the storage shed fast and easy. Very pleased and would rent from them again 🙂

We have engaged Professionals Jimboomba to undertake property management for our home, in which we are leasing out to tenants. Our primary contact Lauren Hatcher provides amazing services – she has excellent and professional communication skills and is always timely in notifying us of matters or updates. Lauren is also very knowledgeable in real estate and has assisted us with any enquiry we may ask. To note, all other interactions with the professionals team have been fantastic too – and Heidi has also provided fantastic services. We are very happy to have engaged Professionals and I don’t think we could have had better service elsewhere!

Melissa and her team at Professionals Jimboomba have been great to deal with. They were very helpful from the beginning in putting our name on the list to rent one of the storage sheds. As soon as a shed became available they contacted me. In the end we had to extend our shed hire for an extra week due to settlement issues and they could not have been more helpful in a very stressful situation. Thank you heaps Professionals Jimboomba.
