Jimboomba 
The Zone’s aim is to provide a safe and happy environment for the youth of Jimboomba and surrounding areas… a place where they can relax and not have to worry about the pressures to fit in and being bullied if they don’t. The Zone works together as a family to protect and support the youth with confidence building exercises and programs what offer a sence of achievement, we also help with assessments and homework to make sure they are keeping up in class.
The Zone is a non for profit group run through the Caddies Youth Support Service. The Zone has programs specially aimed at age’s 9-18 years.
The programs include:
- Homework club – Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons
- Guitar Workshops – Tuesday nights
- Gymnastics workshop – Wednesday nights
- Ffun in the park – Tuesday and Wednesday nights
- Around the World workshops – Once monthly
The Zone is open Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 3-6.30pm and our program flyers can be accessed at any time. It is important to book into these programs as spots are limited and program numbers fill up fast. The Zone is run by 7 qualified staff and a mental health worker on standby if needed.
