Her journey began as a Business Development Manager, where she specialised in working with investors to optimise rental returns for their investment properties. This initial role allowed her to establish a strong foundation in real estate.

As her career progressed, Heidi transitioned into a leadership role within the Property Management Department of a prominent company in Toowoomba. Here, she gained valuable experience in managing a team and overseeing various aspects of property management. Her commitment to her family led her to relocate to Jimboomba, where she became a homeowner through Professionals Jimboomba. In this new location, Heidi continued to contribute her expertise as a Property Manager.

However, Heidi's aspirations extended beyond her role as a Property Manager. She harbored a dream of owning her own Real Estate office. After working at Professionals Jimboomba for four years, an opportunity arose to purchase the business. Without hesitation, Heidi seized the chance to merge her passion for real estate with her entrepreneurial ambitions. Taking charge of the business marked a turning point in her career, and she embraced the challenges that came with it.
