Has a thorough knowledge of the area and what the houses in the area are selling for. Gives good advice on how to present the house. Speaks calmly and has experienced a wide range of outcomes for a wide range of situations so knows how to handle things when it seems like things are going pear shaped. We sold a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with formal and family rooms. The agent named a selling price over and above expectations which was achieved bar $4000.00. We were very happy with our experience with our agent.
